Piaohong (Allen) Wang

I am a Computer Science Ph.D. candidate at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), co-advised by Jiawei Ma and Zhicong Lu (now at George Mason University). I am currently a visiting student reseacher in Oppo Persona AI Lab, under the guidance of Wangchunshu Zhou. My research focuses on LLM applications, particularly persona AI inference. During my research journey, I have also interned at NetEase Thunderfire UX Research Center and the Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data (SRIBD). Before studying AI, I spent two years conducting academic research in human-computer interaction (HCI), specializing in user interface design and usability studies. Guided by a problem-first philosophy, I strive to bridge the gap between theoretical research and real-world applications, ensuring my work delivers tangible improvements.
